Member of the Association can be any citizen of the Republic of Moldova as well as foreign citizens residing in Republic of Moldova, which recognize and support the Association’s objectives. The Association is not liable for obligations of its members, and members are not liable for the Association’s obligations. Each member of the Association shall pay annual membership fees.
   
Association’s members have the following rights and obligations:

• The right to participate in the Association’s activity; to elect and be elected in any eligible function of the Association; to participate in all Association’s projects, to publish works and other materials in the Association’s media; to leave the organization, showing or not those reasons

• Association members are required to comply with the Statute, decisions of the General Assembly, the Board, President, to participate actively in achieving the statutory goals, pay membership fees on time.
